We ship worldwide for art lovers everywhere. Enjoy free standard international shipping on any single order over $100.For orders under $100, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.

Processing & Delivery Time

As mentioned in our FAQ, lululight operates on a small-batch, made-to-order model. In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order items require approximately 1-2 weeks for production and drying. International delivery typically takes 7-20 business days, varying by destination country/region. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, so you can follow your parcel's journey anytime.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Please be aware that Lululight ships from China. Depending on your local customs policies, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon delivery.

Who pays?
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these fees, as they vary from country to country and depend on the value of the package.

Important Note:
If your package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued.
