Sparkling watercolor is a type of watercolor paint that contains fine, light-reflecting pigments — usually made from natural mica or cosmetic-grade minerals. Unlike regular matte watercolors, it creates a soft, luminous shimmer on paper, similar to the glow of a pearl or the sparkle of sunlight on water. The shimmer is fine and smooth, so it won't feel rough or fall off your paper after drying. Add a few drops of water to the pan and wait 30 seconds, then swirl a damp brush into the paint. More water gives a softer, translucent effect; less water creates a stronger, more intense shimmer. Apply to paper like regular watercolor — the sparkle becomes more visible as it dries. For best results, use less water and thicker paint for maximum shimmer, or layer it over dry matte watercolor for extra depth. It works beautifully on watercolor paper, mixed media paper, cardstock, wood, clay, and resin. Clean up is easy — just rinse your brush with water. We are very strict with our ingredient selection. lululight watercolors use high-quality pearl and glitter pigments, cosmetic-grade raw materials, and premium gum arabic as the binder. Our formula contains no harmful or low-quality additives, giving the paint excellent sparkle, dispersion, and a silky smooth pickup. It is suitable for adults and children under supervision. However, please note: the paint is not edible. Always keep it out of reach of young children to prevent accidental ingestion.

Purchasing and Shipping
We want every order to reach you in its best condition. When in stock, we carefully pack and ship within 1-2 business days. However, to guarantee freshness, lululight mostly works on a small-batch, made-to-order model without stockpiling. If your order needs to be freshly made, it goes through a 1-2 week process: carefully mixing, pouring, and then resting until the paint is fully dry and set. Once perfect, each pan is wrapped in layers of soft cushioning, and the paper tutorial and sketch in the set are protected flat—so everything travels safely across mountains and seas to reach you. Good things are worth a little patience.

Every pan is carefully inspected and packed before shipping, but if an accident happens during transit, please let us know right away. For the most efficient resolution, we highly recommend recording a full unboxing video when you open your parcel. If you discover any damage, please send the unboxing video or clear photos of the damage, along with your order details, to our lululight Customer Service. Once verified, we will promptly arrange a reshipment or full refund and take full responsibility.As our paints are handmade products and involve international shipping, the return process can be quite complex.
